The hotel was quaint with cooperative personnel. The food was good, with a lot of options. The atmosphere created was family!

The front desk staff provided really good service, accommodating my early arrival seamlessly. My King Room was well-maintained.
The outside activity level was moderate but could be heard occasionally.

The employees were amicable and amazingly nice. The location was good - near the zoo, restaurants and convenient stores and Forest Park. Btw, it was just a short stroll away from Niagara Golf Trail.

The rooms with a jacuzzi and the hot tub and microwave and refrigerator. Location adjacent to O'Hare airport on 30 minutes and many restaurants. Also, close to good eating establishments.

The pool was a hit with the kids, and the warm water made it even better for our family. The staff was attentive, we had everything we needed, especially accommodating our service dog . We enjoyed plenty of nearby restaurants too.
My wife says that the breakfast options were disappointing. A more varied menu would be nice for families.

Liked my really really nice stay for the price. Super friendly and affable staff, as it had to be. I booked huge king room here with a hot tub, refrigerator, microwave. The price was me$ 75. The location was particularly good - really close to a nice starbucks as well as downtown Chicago

Good place with free Wi-Fi, clean non-smoking rooms, and a cozy indoor pool. The staff even accommodated my late departure on my first stay, which I appreciated. I'll be back for my next city break!

I loved starting my mornings with the huge breakfast spread that even had a great Belgian waffle maker! The cozy indoor pool was awesome for a quick dip after a long day. Just a small hiccup, my door didn't always close perfectly, but it didn't ruin my stay at all 😊
